Whether you're relocating, recovering from a medical procedure, working on a temporary assignment, between homes, or simply need furnished housing for a month or more, this North Salt Lake home gives you the space and everyday amenities to settle in rather than live out of a suitcase.

With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, in-home laundry, dedicated workspace, private residential elevator, and 2-car garage, the home is designed around practical day-to-day living.

Dedicated Workspace
A dedicated desk area provides a convenient setup for remote work, business travel, studying, or temporary work assignments, so you can stay productive without having to work from the dining table.

Private Residential Elevator
One of the home's most unique features is its private residential elevator, providing convenient access between levels of the home. It's an especially useful feature when arriving with luggage or belongings for a longer stay.

Living Area
The main living area provides a comfortable place to unwind, with inviting seating, a TV, fireplace, and large windows that fill the room with natural light.

Kitchen & Dining
The full kitchen offers generous counter and cabinet space, a large island with additional seating, and plenty of room to prepare everyday meals during a longer stay. An adjoining dining area provides a dedicated space for meals, working, or relaxing at home.

Bedrooms
The home includes two comfortable bedrooms with storage for personal belongings, making it easy to unpack and settle in. The larger bedroom features an especially spacious layout with abundant natural light.

The two-bedroom configuration works well for couples, professionals traveling together, roommates, relocating households, or guests who would like a separate bedroom and additional personal space during an extended stay.

Bathroom
The home includes two bathrooms, including a full bathroom with grab bars for added support and ease of use.

Laundry & Storage
A large laundry area with an in-home washer and dryer makes everyday living more convenient during longer stays. Additional built-in storage and closet space give you room to unpack and organize your belongings rather than live out of a suitcase.

Outdoor Space
Step outside onto the private deck for additional room to relax and enjoy some fresh air. The property also includes outdoor yard space, giving you more room beyond the home's interior.

Parking
Guests have access to a 2-car garage with two garage door openers. One additional vehicle can fit comfortably in the driveway directly in front of the unit's garage. Seasonal street parking is available for additional vehicles; please follow posted local parking restrictions.
