The Space
Welcome to your Brian Head mountain basecamp, designed for families and groups who want space to gather, play, and unwind after a day outdoors. This uniquely designed home is creatively built from repurposed shipping containers and combines a one-of-a-kind mountain setting with plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

With two living areas, fireplaces, a dedicated game room, mountain views, and easy access to Brian Head Resort and Cedar Breaks, there’s plenty to enjoy in every season.

Living & Entertainment Spaces
The home features two spacious living rooms, one on each floor, each with a fireplace and Smart TV. The dedicated game room includes a pool table, foosball table, and board games, giving families and groups a fun place to spend time together whether you’re taking a break from the slopes or winding down after a day of hiking and exploring.

Kitchen & Dining
The upper-level kitchen is fully equipped for family meals and longer stays, with a large island, dining table, and additional bar seating. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading to the mountain or settling in for dinner after a day outdoors, there’s plenty of space to cook and gather.

Bedrooms
This home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four sleeping areas:
• Primary Suite: King bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed
• Bunk Room: Queen-over-Queen bunk bed

Each bedroom includes a Smart TV.

Please note that the bedrooms are cozy in size due to the home’s unique shipping-container construction.

Bathrooms & Laundry
Enjoy the convenience of a full bathroom and laundry area on the main floor, plus a half bath and private ensuite bathroom upstairs. The laundry space makes longer stays easy and comfortable, and there’s even a bonus gear/storage room, perfect for bikes, fishing gear, or outdoor equipment.

Outdoor Space & Mountain Views
Step outside to the furnished patio and enjoy the fresh mountain air and surrounding views. The open yard provides space to relax, dine, or enjoy a quiet morning outside.

Please note: The yard is not fenced.

Ski & Outdoor Adventure
Brian Head is a four-season destination, with skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing in winter, plus hiking, mountain biking, ATV riding, scenic lift rides, and other outdoor activities in warmer months.

Brian Head Resort is approximately 3 minutes away, while Cedar Breaks National Monument is about 12 minutes from the home.

Parking & EV Charging
Three vehicles can fit comfortably in the driveway, with additional covered parking available in the carport.

Please note: Street parking is not available.

A Level 2 EV charger is also available for guest use.

TRASH:
There are public dumpsters where trash must be dropped off. The closest one is just up the hill at the Apple Annie's store. Please drop off your trash there on your way out of town.

Located at 9,600 feet, it offers excellent trails, hiking, mountain biking, ATV adventures, and a welcoming small town atmosphere. Whether visiting for summer recreation or winter skiing and snowboarding, Brian Head offers plenty for nature lovers and outdoor adventurers.

TRANSIT:
Please note that you will need a 4WD or AWD vehicle during winter conditions to access this home. We also have a 240V Level 2 EV charger available on site if you would like to bring your electric vehicle.
