Designed for spending time together, this unique home features two spacious living rooms, one on each floor. Each living room has a cozy fireplace and smart TV. The dedicated game room is a guest favorite, complete with a foosball table, pool table, and a selection of board games for all ages. Whether you are planning a family tournament or a relaxed movie night, there is space for everyone to unwind.
Kitchen & Dining:
Located on the upper level, the fully equipped kitchen works well for extended stays and group meals. With a large island, dining table, and additional bar seating, there is plenty of room for family breakfasts or summer dinners after a day of exploring.
Bedrooms:
This home comfortably accommodates groups and families with four sleeping areas. The main floor includes two queen bedrooms and a bunk room with a queen over queen bunk, which works well for children or group stays. The private primary suite upstairs features a king bed. Each bedroom includes a smart TV for added comfort. Please note that the bedrooms are cozy in size due to the unique shipping container design.
Bathrooms & Laundry:
Enjoy the convenience of a full bathroom and laundry area on the main floor, plus a half bathroom and private ensuite bathroom upstairs. The laundry space makes longer stays more convenient. There is also a bonus storage room for bikes, fishing gear, and other outdoor equipment.
Outdoor Space & Views:
Step outside to a furnished patio where you can relax, dine, and enjoy the surrounding views. The open yard offers space to enjoy the fresh mountain air and peaceful setting during summer mornings and evenings. Please note that the yard is not fenced.
TRASH:
Public dumpsters are available for trash disposal. The closest dumpster is just up the hill at the Apple Annie's store. Please drop off your trash there on your way out of town.
