This home offers a beautiful setting for intimate wellness or creative retreats or peaceful group gatherings. We are about 30 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort and just minutes from Bear Lake access and trail systems.

This modern Bear Lake home is available for seasonal stays March 1 – September 30 and offers a comfortable summer retreat with beautiful lake and mountain views. Designed for relaxation and extended stays, this home provides generous space for families or larger groups looking to enjoy Northern Utah’s outdoor lifestyle.
The main level features open-concept living with large windows that bring in natural light and showcase the surrounding scenery. The primary bedroom on this level includes a king bed, creating a comfortable and private retreat.
Upstairs, you’ll find an additional full bedroom with a queen bed.
The lower level offers even more sleeping and gathering space, including:
• A large bunk room with six queen-size bunk beds
• A downstairs primary bedroom with a queen bed
• A smaller downstairs bedroom with a full (double) bed
The lower level also includes additional living space, making it ideal for group stays.
Outside, enjoy panoramic views of Bear Lake and the surrounding mountains. The property offers a peaceful setting just minutes from recreation, dining, and outdoor adventure.
Parking:
The driveway accommodates approximately 6–7 vehicles. The garage is not available for guest use.
Guests will have private access to the entire home during their approved rental period, with the exception of the garage, which is not available for guest use.
