LISTING NOTES
• A Comfortable, Value-Focused Stay
Venture Base is designed to be a comfortable, affordable home base for exploring Southern Utah. While you'll find a great location, inviting shared amenities, and everything you need for a memorable stay, this is not a luxury property. Guests who appreciate adventure, convenience, and value tend to enjoy their stay the most.

• Historic Character & Acoustics
Originally built in 1941, Venture Base has been thoughtfully updated while preserving much of its historic character. As with many older buildings, you'll notice some signs of age and rustic charm that reflect the property's history.

Because of the original construction, sound may travel more easily between apartments than in newer buildings. Community quiet hours starts from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Guests who are particularly sensitive to noise may wish to bring earplugs.

• Shared Amenities
The outdoor amenities are shared with guests staying in the other Venture Base apartments, creating a welcoming space to relax and meet fellow travelers after a day of exploring Southern Utah.

Please note that the fire pit is currently unavailable while maintenance is being completed. We appreciate your understanding.

• Pet-Friendly
Pets are always welcome at Venture Base. Whether you're traveling with your own furry companion or simply looking for a pet-friendly getaway, please remember to include your pet in your reservation.

• Desert Environment
One of the best parts of visiting Southern Utah is being surrounded by nature. From time to time, you may encounter local desert wildlife or insects around the property. This is a normal part of the environment and helps make Kanab such a unique destination.

If anything needs attention during your stay, we're always happy to help.
