Welcome to your Southern Utah getaway! This family-friendly home is designed for large groups, multiple families, golf trips, and adventure-filled vacations. With 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 3 king suites, a dedicated bunk room, and space for up to 14 guests, there’s plenty of room to gather together while still enjoying privacy and comfort.

The main floor features an open kitchen, dining area, living room, pantry, patio access, and a half bath. Upstairs you’ll find all four bedrooms, four ensuite bathrooms, a second living area, and a laundry room. Outside, enjoy the private patio with outdoor seating and a Blackstone griddle, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Southern Utah.

Conveniently located near Sand Hollow State Park, Zion National Park, golf courses, hiking trails, dining, and shopping, this home is an ideal basecamp for your next adventure.

Guests will have full private access to the home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchen, laundry room, patio, and driveway parking.

Parking includes space for two vehicles in the driveway. A small vehicle may also fit in the garage alongside the owner’s covered vehicle. Additional overflow parking is available across the street.

Guests will receive a unique access code prior to arrival for easy self check-in.

Please note that an exterior Ring camera is located at the front door for security purposes. There are no interior cameras.
