Guests will have full, private access to the entire townhome during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, loft, and private patio.

Guests will also have access to the community amenities, including the heated pool, hot tub, clubhouse, gym, and shared recreation areas.

The garage is available for guest use. Please note that community amenities are shared with other residents and are subject to HOA rules and hours of operation.

Important: Strict No-Pet Policy

This home is strictly pet-free due to severe allergies in the homeowner's family. No pets, service animals in training, emotional support animals, visiting animals, or animals of any kind are permitted on the property. Guests traveling with a service animal must notify us prior to arrival so we can make the appropriate arrangements and communicate important information about the property.

If an unauthorized animal is brought into the home, guests will be responsible for all additional cleaning and remediation costs, including but not limited to carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, HVAC and air duct cleaning, odor removal, and any other services required to return the home to a pet-free condition.
