Welcome to the most "hyggelig" space we could build with reclining furniture, ambient lighting in the form of fireplaces and candle light, a hot tub, sun loungers! Amenities are our forte! This is our home that we live in 90% of the year. While we travel, we rent out our main level. This is the perfect home to relax and keep your kids entertained with the MANY things we have built for them to explore, as well as the comforts for adults to enjoy themselves.

This is our main level of our home. There is a mother-in-law apartment that we rent out to other guests. You can expect other guests to be using the yard, but they are private from your space and you won't notice them much.

This is our home that we live in 11 out of 12 months out of the year. While we travel, we share it with others! We have built our home to be extremely comfortable, with MANY things for kids to do. We truly love our home and hope you do too. You may see things that we have left out that you are more than welcome to use. There is one room in the home we lock to hold our things. ALSO PLEASE NOTE: THE BACK DECK DOES NOT HAVE SLATS IN THE RAILING YET! Our 3 year old and 7 year old do just fine with it. It's about a 3 ft drop, but we wanted to make sure we were very transparent about it. Also the mother-in-law apartment houses other guests.

We are also in the HEART of Sandy Utah and close to just about anything you could possibly need or want to do.

The main home is yours. There is a mother-in-law apartment that is rented out to other guests.

We will not be available in person but we own the management company that will be running operations on the home. They will be very responsive, as well as we will also be very responsive to any questions you have.

Very quiet and peaceful. Our next door neighbors are some of our best friends. We have sort of become the "koolaid" house on the block so you may see kids cutting through our yard or coming to get a soda. We allow our neighbors to use our yard, but we will let them know while we are gone they cannot. However, they will be taking care of lawn care while we are away.

We are very close to the public bus stop and the trax station is about 5 minutes away. There are electric scooters around as well, but we always recommend having a car.

We live here. This is our primary residence. You may see food in the pantry or hygiene items out and you are fully welcome to use any of it.
