The Space

Living Room:
The living area has a comfortable leather couch, floor lamps, indoor plants, and a large Smart TV. It is a nice spot to relax after a day hiking, exploring Draper, or visiting Salt Lake City.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, utensils, baking sheets, and plenty of cabinet space. You’ll also find a coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle, and other basics for meals at home.

Dining Area:
The dining area includes bar-style seating for 4 and is located near the kitchen for easy meals, snacks, or planning the next day’s activities.

Entertainment:
✦ Private pickleball court with paddles and balls provided

✦ Two-player arcade machine
✦ Board games, including Lord of the Rings cards and Star Wars Monopoly
✦ 2 Roku Smart TVs

Please note: The pickleball court is for casual play and is not regulation size. Please play carefully and at your own risk, as there are some areas where players could run into nearby objects or edges.

Bedroom:
The bedroom includes a comfortable king bed, room-darkening shades, wardrobe storage, a reading nook, and a full-length mirror.

Additional Sleeping:
A king air mattress is available and easy to set up for extra sleeping space.

Bathroom:
The bathroom includes hot water, good water pressure, toiletries, a hair dryer, and travel toothbrushes located under the sink.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the apartment suite through a smart lock. Guests may also use the pickleball court when weather permits.

Pickleball Notice:
If pickleballs go into the neighbor’s yard, please do not try to retrieve them. The neighbors have asked that guests do not enter their property. Please leave any balls that land beyond the property line.

Important Notes:
✦ There is a security camera facing the driveway/parking lot for security purposes. It records video and audio and will not be used to violate guest privacy.
✦ There is a door behind the family room TV covered by a curtain. Please do not open this door.
✦ The blinds are cordless. Lift from the center to raise them and pull down gently to lower them.
✦ There are 3 heaters with separate controls: one by the fridge at the top of the stairs, one to the right of the office desk, and one upstairs to the right of the full-length mirror.
✦ One pet only, please.
