These are naturally occurring in the desert environment and can only be cleared during approved burn seasons per local city ordinances. Until then, we let the land remain in its natural state, giving guests a genuine experience of living in the Utah desert’s rugged beauty.

Our home is located in Utah’s beautiful desert landscape, where it’s normal to occasionally encounter small insects and other native wildlife. You may occasionally encounter native desert insects such as ants, spiders, beetles, crickets, and other seasonal insects that naturally live outdoors.
