The Space
Designed for families, groups, hikers, and Southern Utah road trips, Desert Tracks offers an open living area with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, fireplace, and plenty of room to relax together after a day on the trails.

Kitchen + Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and the essentials for preparing meals at home. The adjoining dining space works equally well for family dinners, game nights, or planning tomorrow’s adventure.

3 Bedrooms | Sleeps 8

• Primary Bedroom: Queen bed + private en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds
With two Queen bedrooms and a bunk room that sleeps four, the layout works especially well for families with kids and small groups visiting Kanab, Zion, and Southern Utah.

Bathrooms + Laundry
The home has 2 full bathrooms, including a private en-suite in the primary bedroom. A full-size washer and dryer are also available, particularly useful after hiking, ATV riding, sandboarding, or longer stays.

Private Hot Tub + Deck
One of the best parts of Desert Tracks is outside. Step onto the elevated deck with outdoor seating and dining space, then head directly to your private hot tub for an evening soak.
There is no traditional grassy yard here. Instead, the property is surrounded by the natural Southern Utah desert landscape, giving you a more authentic Kanab setting.

Good to Know
This property is located in a natural desert environment rather than a landscaped suburban yard. Native vegetation may include cactus, sticker plants, and other desert growth.
As with homes throughout Southern Utah, guests may occasionally encounter ants, spiders, beetles, crickets, or other native desert insects and wildlife. This is a normal part of the surrounding ecosystem.

Whether you're planning a Zion hiking trip, family vacation in Kanab, Coral Pink Sand Dunes adventure, Grand Canyon road trip, or Southern Utah getaway, Desert Tracks gives you a comfortable place to recharge, with your own hot tub waiting when you get back.
