Bedrooms - Three cozy bedrooms with gel hybrid foam mattresses, bamboo sheets, and down alternative pillows for restful nights after summer adventures.

Bathroom(s) & Laundry - Stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and fresh towels. Washer and dryer available for guest use.

Family and work friendly amenities are also available for added convenience. A baby monitor is provided for guest use and is stored on top of the high chair in the master bedroom closet.
Guests who need to work during their stay can use the table as a laptop workspace, and a printer plus modem connection accessories are available in the queen bedroom.

Enjoy a private, fully fenced yard dedicated exclusively to guests, perfect for kids and pets to safely play and unwind. The outdoor space features a patio with a barbecue grill, a swing set, and beautiful views of Utah’s natural landscape, making it easy to enjoy warm summer days and relaxed evenings outside.

Located just across from the high school’s athletic facilities, including a running track, football field, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, and a soccer field.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will use the west side driveway for parking. Entry is via a digital door lock located at the back porch.
Parking: Parking is available in the west side driveway only. The south driveway is for homeowner access. Enough space for 5 vehicles!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
1- The home owner lives in Unit B below. The home is well constructed, and guests generally do not hear Unit B. Please do not park in the south driveway, which may appear to be the front of the home. That driveway is for homeowner access only. Guest parking is available in the west side driveway. Thanks!
