The Kinfolk House - Welcome to our cherished mountain retreat!

Rich with history and lovingly maintained by our family for over 40 years, this cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for comfort, connection, and adventure. Just steps from the Big Cottonwood Canyon entrance and minutes from Little Cottonwood, it’s the perfect base for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and exploring Utah’s majestic outdoors.

Upstairs:
Relax in the inviting living room centered around a stunning river rock fireplace and Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen was recently remodeled and features stainless appliances, granite countertops, and bar seating, with a dining area perfect for family meals or game nights. Upstairs bedrooms include a king in the primary and a queen in the second, with a full bathroom for convenience.

Downstairs:
Designed for fun and togetherness, the lower level features a spacious living area that doubles as a game room, with a versatile table that transforms for billiards, ping pong, or air hockey. A plush couch creates the perfect spot to gather for movie nights or quiet relaxation. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and a roomy closet, alongside a full bathroom and convenient washer/dryer for guest use.
