Because the building is older, some sound transfer between neighboring units or outdoor common areas may occasionally be heard.

As with many properties in Southern Utah, you'll be staying in a desert environment where insects, spiders, lizards, dust, and other native wildlife may occasionally be encountered, particularly outdoors

• Pets are welcome! Please include them in your reservation and clean up after them during your stay.

• This is a historic Kanab property with authentic desert character. While we continuously maintain and update the space, guests should expect a comfortable and practical stay rather than a luxury resort experience.

• Southern Utah is a desert environment, and insects, spiders, lizards, dust, and other native wildlife may occasionally be encountered, particularly outdoors.
• The cowboy pool is seasonal and may not be available during colder months.
