This rental was the perfect solution for our family's temporary housing need (July 30 - October 11). The space is large, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home during our transition. While we didn't need all the room, it would be fantastic for a larger group or family vacation. The location is unbeatable. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and the neighbors were very friendly. We especially loved the convenience of a great park right across the street (complete with a disc golf course!) and a beautiful lake within walking distance. Plus, with plenty of shopping nearby, errands were quick and easy. The host was incredibly communicative and responsive—a huge plus for a long stay. The kitchen had all the essential equipment like plates, bowls, and pans. (The only minor suggestion for future guests would be to maybe add a few more sets of everyday silverware and drinking glasses, but honestly, this was such a minor detail we did't even mention it.)
We were in between selling our home and waiting for our new home to finish being built so we stayed at this location for about 7 weeks. Our stay was pretty uneventful and the house fit our family of 6 and our dog well. The location of the home is in an odd place as the front door goes to a sidewalk and not to a curb so you need to have visitors park about 100feet away from the location. The home did smell of pet urine but we figured that was par for the course for renting a home that allows animals which we needed. There is no fenced in area for your pet. We were pleased with how Conmigo was with communication and helping with any questions until we have been checked out and then they are blaming us for exterior damage on the house that we had nothing to do with but they are requiring that we pay or go through an insurance company. They are definitely using us to get something fixed on the house that is either due to normal weathering of the house or someone prior to us.
Buyer BEWARE! This company will have you sleeping 5 days on the floor and offer no compensation for any of their errors. They are rude, greedy and will charge sneaky hidden fees AFTER you book. You have to take out the garbage as well. No soap anywhere upon checkin. The property is way over priced for the service you get. Only interested in charging and getting what they can while overlooking guests comfort.
