House Rules
1. Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping on the premises. A $200/day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if guests are found smoking or vaping.
2. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at $10 per pet, per day. ESAs fall under this requirement. Service Animals are permitted at all properties at no extra cost. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Guests must pick up after their animal; a $10 fee per exterior location applies if not cleaned up.
3. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Standard fee is $15/hour. 24 hours' advance notice required. Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $50/hour fee.
4. Cancellation: By booking, guests agree to the cancellation policy on the listing. If the original dates are rebooked after a cancellation, a refund will be issued to the original guest.
5. Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests is indicated on the listing. Additional fees may apply for guests above the number on the reservation.
6. Consumables: Paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents found at the property upon arrival are all that are included.
7. Lost and Found: Items left behind will be held for 14 days. Items can be shipped for a $20 fee plus shipping. After 14 days, items are considered abandoned.
8. Property Condition: Survey the property upon arrival and report any pre-existing damages within the first two hours after check-in.
9. Pests: Properties are professionally treated. If a pest-related medical issue is reported, guests must seek medical attention to confirm the cause.
10. Locked Out: For key-access doors, guest services can provide lockbox instructions. If our team is dispatched, a $60 fee applies.
11. Moving Furniture: Not allowed. A $500 fee applies if cleaners must move furniture.
12. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to sunrise.
13. Missing/Broken Items: Report to the host. Leave broken items on the kitchen counter.
14. Garbage: All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins on the property.
15. Doors and Windows: Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving.

From I-215 East Belt Route: Take Exit 6 (6200 S / 3900 S) toward 3900 South. Merge onto 3900 S heading west. Turn right onto Wasatch Blvd. Continue straight for about 1.5 miles, then turn left onto 3300 S. Turn right onto 2700 E. The home (3410 S 2700 E) will be on your left.
Receiving Packages / Mail
Please note there is a full-time tenant in the lower unit. If you receive deliveries during your stay, kindly leave the packages on the front porch.
Parking
One car can park comfortably in the driveway. Additional vehicles may use street parking. Please park on the left side of the driveway.
Check-In Time
4:00 PM MST, unless otherwise agreed upon. Early check-ins are available on a case-by-case basis.
Gaining Access
You will enter the home through the front door. We have a smart lock keypad on the door. Press the home button in the bottom left hand corner to illuminate the keypad, then input your code. When leaving, close the door tightly and press the lock button in the bottom-right corner.
Heating & Cooling
Heating: The home has central heating, keeping it cozy and warm during Utah's snowy winters. Cooling: In summer months, portable evaporative (swamp) coolers are provided. There is no central air conditioning.

Check-Out Instructions
- Please leave the linens on the beds.
- For used towels, put them in a pile on the bathroom floor.
- If you moved furniture, please move it back!
- If something didn't work during your stay, please let us know.
If you have extra time: start a load of used towels, clean any used dishes or start the dishwasher.

Eat & Drink: Roots Cafe (beloved local spot for breakfast and brunch), Log Haven (upscale dining surrounded by forest views in Millcreek Canyon), Trolley Wing Co. (casual place for wings, drinks, and sports).
Nature & Relaxation: Millcreek Canyon (ideal for hiking, picnics, or scenic drives), Neffs Canyon (shorter trails with sweeping valley views), Canyon Rim Park (great for walks, picnics, or morning runs).
For Ski Lovers: Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton are all within 30-40 minutes. Enjoy scenic drives up Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood Canyons.
Nearby Essentials: Grocery stores and pharmacies within 5 minutes. Library and children's park just down the street.

Garbage and recycling bins can be found in front of the garage. All garbage must be bagged. Pick-Up Day: Tuesday. If receptacles are full upon arrival, please notify us.
