House Rules
1. Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping on the premises. A $200/day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if guests are found smoking or vaping.
2. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at $10 per pet, per day. ESAs fall under this requirement. Service Animals are permitted at all properties at no extra cost. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Guests must pick up after their animal; a $10 fee per exterior location applies if not cleaned up.
3. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Standard fee is $15/hour. 24 hours' advance notice required. Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $50/hour fee.
4. Cancellation: By booking, guests agree to the cancellation policy on the listing. If the original dates are rebooked after a cancellation, a refund will be issued to the original guest.
5. Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests is indicated on the listing. Additional fees may apply for guests above the number on the reservation.
6. Consumables: Paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents found at the property upon arrival are all that are included.
7. Lost and Found: Items left behind will be held for 14 days. Items can be shipped for a $20 fee plus shipping. After 14 days, items are considered abandoned.
8. Property Condition: Survey the property upon arrival and report any pre-existing damages within the first two hours after check-in.
9. Pests: Properties are professionally treated. If a pest-related medical issue is reported, guests must seek medical attention to confirm the cause.
10. Locked Out: For key-access doors, guest services can provide lockbox instructions. If our team is dispatched, a $60 fee applies.
11. Moving Furniture: Not allowed. A $500 fee applies if cleaners must move furniture.
12. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to sunrise.
13. Missing/Broken Items: Report to the host. Leave broken items on the kitchen counter.
14. Garbage: All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins on the property. A $30 fee per bin for unbagged garbage.
15. Doors and Windows: Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving.

From I-15: Take Exit 288 for 12300 South (from north/Salt Lake City) or Exit 291 for Bangerter Highway/12600 South (from south/Provo). Head east on 12300 South (turns into Pioneer Road) for about 3 miles. Turn right onto Fort Street (just past the Draper City Park). Continue up the hill as Fort Street turns into Mountain Crest Drive. Turn left onto Mountain Crest Circle — our home will be on your right!
Parking
Once you arrive at the big red brick house in a cul-de-sac, pull all the way into the driveway. At the end you will see the parking spot on the left side of the detached apartment. Please pull all the way into the parking spot so you do not block the owners. For additional parking, please use the road.
Check-In Time
4:00 PM MST, unless otherwise agreed upon. Early check-ins are available on a case-by-case basis.
Gaining Access
Enter through the white gate (right side of the detached apartment). The entrance is immediately on your left. Tap the "Yale" button to wake up the keypad. Press each number for 0.5-1 second, enter your code, then tap the checkmark button. To lock, close the door fully, then hold the "Yale" button.
Heating & Cooling
Heating and cooling can be controlled via thermostats located in the home.

Check-Out Instructions
- Please leave the linens on the beds.
- For used towels, put them in a pile on the bathroom floor.
- If you moved furniture, please move it back!
- If something didn't work during your stay, please let us know.
If you have extra time: start a load of used towels, clean any used dishes or start the dishwasher.
