House Rules
1. Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping on the premises. A $200/day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if guests are found smoking or vaping.
2. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at $10 per pet, per day. ESAs fall under this requirement. Service Animals are permitted at all properties at no extra cost. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Guests must pick up after their animal; a $10 fee per exterior location applies if not cleaned up.
3. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Standard fee is $15/hour. 24 hours' advance notice required. Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $50/hour fee.
4. Cancellation: By booking, guests agree to the cancellation policy on the listing. If the original dates are rebooked after a cancellation, a refund will be issued to the original guest.
5. Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests is indicated on the listing. Additional fees may apply for guests above the number on the reservation.
6. Consumables: Paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents found at the property upon arrival are all that are included.
7. Lost and Found: Items left behind will be held for 14 days. Items can be shipped for a $20 fee plus shipping. After 14 days, items are considered abandoned.
8. Property Condition: Survey the property upon arrival and report any pre-existing damages within the first two hours after check-in.
9. Pests: Properties are professionally treated. If a pest-related medical issue is reported, guests must seek medical attention to confirm the cause.
10. Locked Out: For key-access doors, guest services can provide lockbox instructions. If our team is dispatched, a $60 fee applies.
11. Moving Furniture: Not allowed. A $500 fee applies if cleaners must move furniture.
12. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to sunrise.
13. Missing/Broken Items: Report to the host. Leave broken items on the kitchen counter.
14. Garbage: All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins on the property. A $30 fee per bin for unbagged garbage.
15. Doors and Windows: Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving.

- The home (160 W 1600 S) will be on your right shortly after turning, just past the Maverik gas station.
Key Landmark: The property is directly across the street from the University Place Mall.
Parking
2 cars can fit comfortably in the driveway. Street parking is available for additional vehicles. The garage is available for guest use using the remotes.
Check-In Time
4:00 PM MST, unless otherwise agreed upon. Early check-ins are available on a case-by-case basis.
Gaining Access
Your code will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in via message.
- Unlocking Upon Arrival: Tap the screen to wake the lock. Type in the code provided and tap the # button.
- Locking Upon Departure: Make sure the door is fully closed, then tap the # button. Check that the lock is fully engaged by trying to open the door.
Heating & Cooling
There are mini splits that cool and heat our home. During the summer it is crucial not to set the unit below 70°F or it will freeze and stop working. One remote is capable of controlling all of the units.

Check-Out Instructions
- Please leave the linens on the beds.
- For used towels, put them in a pile on the bathroom floor.
- If you moved furniture, please move it back!
- If something didn't work during your stay, please let us know.
If you have extra time: start a load of used towels, clean any used dishes or start the dishwasher.

House Manual
Outdoor Grill
The grill is available for guest use free of charge. Guests are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the grill after use, as well as cleaning and putting back all tools used. If the cleaners find that the grill or tools were not cleaned prior to departure, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
Game Night
Help yourself to our game collection! Just make sure all pieces end up back in their box.
Garbage & Recycling
Garbage and recycling bins can be found in front of the garage. All garbage must be bagged. Pick-Up Day: Monday. If receptacles are full upon arrival, please notify us.
