GPS navigation should take you right to the property. Written directions:

• Traveling north on Hwy 20 through Island Park, turn left at the Elk Creek Gas Station onto Yale-Kilgore Rd.
• Head directly west and cross the McCrae Bridge.
• Continue on Yale-Kilgore Rd heading west.
• Turn onto E 39 N. The property will be on your right.

Parking

Up to 4 vehicles can park in the driveway. Please only park on the property. During winter, only the plowed sections are available.

Check-In Time

4:00pm MST, unless otherwise agreed upon. Early Check-Ins are available on a case by case basis with varied fees.

Gaining Access

Your code will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in via message.

• Unlocking Upon Arrival: Tap the logo icon to activate the lock. Type in your custom access code, tap the checkmark, and the door will unlock.
• Locking Upon Departure: Make sure the door is fully closed, then tap the logo icon to engage the lock.

Heating & Cooling

The fireplace on the main level is the primary heat source, controlled by the thermostat on the wall. To avoid fire hazards, do not place anything on top of, directly in front of, or touching any heat sources. Upon check-out, set the thermostat to 65.

WiFi

Network name and password will be provided in your welcome message.

Groceries in Island Park

There are no large chain grocery stores in Island Park. Our recommendations:

• Sam Patch Co. Grocery (formerly Robin's Roost) is a full-fledged grocery store.
• Elk Creek Gas Station has essentials like milk, eggs, and bread.

House Rules

1. Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation.
2. Pet Policy: Pet-friendly properties are marked on the listing. Pets are $10 per pet, per day. ESAs fall under this requirement. Service Animals are permitted at all properties at no extra cost. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Guests must clean up after their animal ($10 per exterior location if not cleaned up).
3. Communication: Guest services is available 24/7 on the booking platform. When reaching out, please have ready: the name on the reservation, the property name or address, and the city.
4. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to cleaning team availability. Standard fee is $15 per hour. 24 hours advance notice required. Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $50 fee per hour.
5. Cancellation: By booking, guests agree to the cancellation policy on the listing. If the original dates are rebooked after a cancellation, a refund will be issued to the original guest.
6. Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests is indicated on the listing. Additional fees may be assessed for guests above the number on the reservation.
7. Consumables: Paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents found at the property upon arrival are all that are included. Additional items are the guest's responsibility.
8. Lost and Found: Items left behind will be held for 14 days. Items can be shipped for a $20 fee plus materials and shipping. After 14 days, items are considered abandoned.
9. Acceptance of State of Property: Survey the property upon arrival and report pre-existing damages within 2 hours of check-in. After that, the guest accepts the condition of the property.
10. Pests: Professional pest control is required at all properties. If a medical professional confirms a pest-related condition, the host will contact a third-party pest control company to verify and take appropriate action.
11. Locked Out: For key doors, guest services can instruct on lockbox access. For other doors, guests must call a locksmith at their own cost. If the host's team is dispatched, a $60 fee applies.
12. Moving Furniture: Not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if cleaners have to move furniture.
13. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to sunrise. Keep all audio and noise at a minimum out of respect for surrounding residents.
14. Missing/Broken Items: Report to the host. Leave broken items on the kitchen counter. Additional charges may apply.
15. Garbage: All garbage must be stowed in the bear-proof receptacle on the property.
16. Doors and Windows: Lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife encounters.
17. Wildlife: Wildlife visitors frequent the area, including bears and moose. Store food and garbage in bear-proof containers and do not approach wildlife.
18. Fires: No large bonfires. Only firewood is permitted in the fire pit during non-fire-ban seasons. All fires must be fully extinguished with water after use.
19. Property Maintenance: Light maintenance may occur during your stay. We will notify you in advance of any indoor work.

House Manual

Hot Tub

• Please rinse off before getting in.
• Do not bring toys or food into the hot tub.
• Do not raise the temperature above 102 degrees.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. You are welcome to enjoy the hot tub past that hour respectfully.
• The hot tub is professionally balanced and maintained. Do NOT add any chemicals.

DO NOT put pets in the hot tub. There is a $500 fee to drain and refill after a pet.

Garbage

All garbage must be stowed in the bear-proof receptacle on the property. If receptacles are full upon arrival, please notify us.

Television

The TVs are equipped with Roku devices. After turning on the TV, Roku will ask you to input your check-out date. You'll then be free to use any of the available apps with your personal logins. On your check-out date, the TV will reset and sign you out of any streaming platforms.

Tipping

• Waiter/Waitress: 15%-20% of the total bill
• Taxi Service: 10% of the total fare
• Cleaning Service: Any amount is welcome and appreciated
