Our Story

Built on Community

Conmigo Vacation Rentals started with married couple Rachel and Aaron Kirkham in Sandy, Utah, just before the pandemic hit. What began as a handful of properties managed out of their own basement grew, through plenty of trial and error, into a full property management company with a dedicated team behind it. Aaron and Rachel built Conmigo around a simple idea: create the kind of vacation rental experience they'd want for their own family, rooted in market knowledge, guest expectations, and genuine hospitality.

Conmigo now operates across Northern Utah, Southern Utah, Island Park, Idaho, and Kenai, Alaska, guided by a small hands-on team that handles everything from bookings to cleaning to owner accounting. Aaron co-founded the Utah Short Term Rental Association and speaks at national industry conferences, while Conmigo runs a network of 75 international Facebook groups with more than 50,000 members, giving hosts a place to connect and learn. It's the same personal, detail-driven approach that started in a basement, just with a lot more homes to take care of.
