- Three cars can fit comfortably in the garage.
- Six cars can fit in the driveway.
- Street parking is not allowed.

Check-Out Instructions
While we do not require our guests to do any chores, these items would be helpful for our cleaners if you have time:
- Please leave the linens on the beds.
- For used towels, please put them in a pile on the floor of the bathroom.
- If you moved furniture, PLEASE move it back!
- If something didn't work during your stay, please let us know.
If you have extra time, these things help our cleaning team but are not required:
- Start a load of used towels.
- Clean any used dishes or start the dishwasher.

House Rules
- Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation.
- Pet Policy: Pet-friendly properties are marked on the listing. Pets are $10 per pet, per day. ESAs fall under this requirement. Service Animals are permitted at all properties at no extra cost. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Guests must clean up after their animal ($10 per exterior location if not cleaned up).
- Communication: Guest services is available 24/7 on the booking platform. When reaching out, please have ready: the name on the reservation, the property name or address, and the city.
- Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to cleaning team availability. Standard fee is $15 per hour. 24 hours advance notice required. Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $50 fee per hour.
- Cancellation: By booking, guests agree to the cancellation policy on the listing. If the original dates are rebooked after a cancellation, a refund will be issued to the original guest.
- Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests is indicated on the listing. Additional fees may be assessed for guests above the number on the reservation.
- Consumables: Paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents found at the property upon arrival are all that are included. Additional items are the guest's responsibility.
- Lost and Found: Items left behind will be held for 14 days. Items can be shipped for a $20 fee plus materials and shipping. After 14 days, items are considered abandoned.
- Acceptance of State of Property: Survey the property upon arrival and report pre-existing damages within 2 hours of check-in. After that, the guest accepts the condition of the property.
- Pests: Professional pest control is required at all properties. If a medical professional confirms a pest-related condition, the host will contact a third-party pest control company to verify and take appropriate action.
- Locked Out: For key doors, guest services can instruct on lockbox access. For other doors, guests must call a locksmith at their own cost. If the host's team is dispatched, a $60 fee applies.
- Moving Furniture: Not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if cleaners have to move furniture.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to sunrise. Keep all audio and noise at a minimum out of respect for surrounding residents.
- Missing/Broken Items: Report to the host. Leave broken items on the kitchen counter. Additional charges may apply.
- Garbage: All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins on the property. A $30 fee per bin will be assessed for unbagged garbage.
- Doors and Windows: Lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving.
- Cameras: Outdoor security cameras may be in use and are disclosed on the listing. No cameras are located in or pointing to indoor spaces.
- Property Maintenance: Light maintenance may occur during your stay. We will notify you in advance of any indoor work.

House Manual
Blinds & Curtains
Please be careful with the blinds and/or curtains. Shut them when leaving to keep the house cool.
Exterior Windows & Doors
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. If you go out for the day and won't be returning until dark, turn your porch light on for ease of entry.
Game Night
Help yourself to our game collection! Just make sure all pieces end up back in their box.
Garbage & Recycling
Garbage and recycling bins can be found in front of the garage. All garbage must be bagged. Guests are required to take the bin to the curb.
Pick-Up Day: Wednesday. If receptacles are full upon arrival, please notify us.
Hot Tub (Saltwater System)
Enjoy a relaxing soak in our saltwater hot tub. Capacity: up to 6 guests.
Before You Soak: Shower first to remove lotions, sunscreen, or oils. Do not enter if you have open cuts or skin conditions. Children must be supervised at all times.
While Using: Keep water level above the jets. Avoid glassware. Limit soak time to 15-20 minutes at a time.
After Use: Replace the cover securely to maintain heat and cleanliness.
Cold Plunge
Temperature maintained between 50-55°F (10-13°C). Start with 30-60 seconds and build up gradually. Focus on slow, steady breathing. Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, numb, or lightheaded. Not recommended for pregnant guests or those with heart conditions. Always enter and exit slowly. Keep the plunge covered when not in use.
Television
The TVs are equipped with Roku devices. After turning on the TV, Roku will ask you to input your check-out date. You'll then be free to use any of the available apps with your personal logins. On your check-out date, the TV will reset and sign you out of any streaming platforms.

- Waiter/Waitress: 15%-20% of the total bill
- Taxi Service: 10% of the total fare
- Valet Service: 10% of the total cost
