There is space for parking here for one car, which is spot "D". Any remaining cars will need to go to the street parking in front of the building.

Parking
1 car can fit comfortably in the designated parking spot labeled "D", located behind the home. Street parking is available for additional vehicles. No garage access. EV charger available.

Gaining Access
Look for Door #4. Your code will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in via message.
- Unlocking Upon Arrival: Enter the code and press the unlock symbol. You may need to wake it up first. Tutorial Video (note: the code in the video is not your code).
- Locking Upon Departure: Make sure the door is fully closed, then tap the padlock button. Check that the lock is fully engaged by trying to open the door.

Check-Out Instructions
We do not require anything as we know you're busy packing up, but if you'd like to help out:
- Please leave the linens on the beds.
- For used towels, please put them in a pile on the floor of the bathroom.
- If you moved furniture, please move it back.
- If something didn't work during your stay, please let us know.
- Clean any used dishes in the sink.

House Rules
- Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation.
- Pet Policy: Pet-friendly properties are marked on the listing. Pets are $10 per pet, per day. ESAs fall under this requirement. Service Animals are permitted at all properties at no extra cost. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Guests must clean up after their animal ($10 per exterior location if not cleaned up).
- Communication: Guest services is available 24/7 on the booking platform. When reaching out, please have ready: the name on the reservation, the property name or address, and the city.
- Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to cleaning team availability. Standard fee is $15 per hour. 24 hours advance notice required. Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $50 fee per hour.
- Tours: In-person tours are not available for stays of 1-15 days. For longer stays, reach out for information.
- Cancellation: By booking, guests agree to the cancellation policy on the listing. If the original dates are rebooked after a cancellation, a refund will be issued to the original guest.
- Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests is indicated on the listing. Additional fees may be assessed for guests above the number on the reservation.
- Reservation Changes: Submit a Reservation Alteration Request. Guests may be subject to price adjustments. The host reserves the right to deny requests.
- Consumables: Paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents found at the property upon arrival are all that are included. Additional items are the guest's responsibility.
- Lost and Found: Items left behind will be held for 14 days. Items can be shipped for a $20 fee plus materials and shipping. After 14 days, items are considered abandoned.
- Acceptance of State of Property: Survey the property upon arrival and report pre-existing damages within 2 hours of check-in. After that, the guest accepts the condition of the property.
- Receiving Packages: The host is not responsible for shipped items. For stays over 15 days, a lease agreement or alternate delivery location may be required.
- Pests: Professional pest control is required at all properties. If a medical professional confirms a pest-related condition, the host will contact a third-party pest control company to verify and take appropriate action.
- Locked Out: For key doors, guest services can instruct on lockbox access. For other doors, guests must call a locksmith at their own cost. If the host's team is dispatched, a $60 fee applies.
- Moving Furniture: Not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if cleaners have to move furniture.
- Name on Reservation: Guests may not book on behalf of someone else without explicit written approval from the host.
- Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: For stays over 15 days, an additional fee of 50% of the advertised cleaning fee applies, due 24 hours prior to check-in.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to sunrise. Keep all audio and noise at a minimum out of respect for surrounding residents.
- Missing/Broken Items: Report to the host. Leave broken items on the kitchen counter. Additional charges may apply.
- Garbage: All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins on the property.
- Doors and Windows: Lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving.
- Parking: Street parking is only permitted where signage indicates.
- Cameras: Outdoor security cameras may be in use and are disclosed on the listing. No cameras are located in or pointing to indoor spaces.
- Property Maintenance: Light maintenance may occur during your stay. We will notify you in advance of any indoor work.

House Manual
Hot Tub
Hot Tub Hours: 8 AM - 10 PM ONLY. Please be respectful of the neighbors and move indoors after 10pm.
- Please rinse off before getting in.
- Do not bring toys or food into the hot tub.
- Do not raise the temperature above 102 degrees.
- Close the lid upon leaving the hot tub.
- Please report any damages to the host.
Rooftop Patio
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. After this time, please move conversations and activities indoors and keep noise to a minimum.
Garbage Disposal
This disposal is remote controlled. Here is a tutorial video to help you know how it works.
Blinds & Curtains
Please be careful with the blinds and/or curtains. Shut them when leaving to keep the house cool.
Exterior Windows & Doors
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. If you go out for the day and won't be returning until dark, turn your porch light on for ease of entry.
Television
The TVs are equipped with Roku devices. After turning on the TV, Roku will ask you to input your check-out date. You'll then be free to use any of the available apps with your personal logins. On your check-out date, the TV will reset and sign you out of any streaming platforms.
Tipping
Most services in the US should be tipped. Restaurants may automatically add gratuity, so always double check before tipping.

- Taxi Service: 10% of the total fare
- Valet Service: 10% of the total cost
